For over 35 years, I have managed large scale infrastructure projects in over 90 countries spanning all continents and many times I wished that I had the professionalism, dedication, and exemplary build performance of the Miralbo Team. Miralbo are excellent project managers, builders and developers and in my opinion have no equals in the Costa Blanca. Their knowledge on foundations, building code, planning, interior design, HVAC, Automation, lighting, etc., is exemplary.
 
Building from overseas with Miralbo was a seamless and worry-free endeavour. They covered all bases from professional inception planning, drawings and design, and any required customization. Every step was clearly outlined with frequent remote conference calls and active engagement and sharing of information as well as site visits. They are extremely detail oriented and verify each step of the way prior to proceeding. There were even a few times that I had omitted certain requirements and Miralbo’s skilled staff came to the rescue. Thank you for that!
 
The build itself and products are of very high quality whether it be the structure, foundations, kitchens, bathrooms, and even the carpentry work for additionals is truly worthy of being called museum quality. The homes are built to code and verified by a dedicated engineer.
 
The entire process was a very pleasant experience and I cannot stress enough the communication channels always being open and ready to address any concern, receive input, and coordinate which for those of us buying from overseas is fundamental. I would not recommend anyone else but Miralbo.

Miralbo have built us our dream house. The process, guided by Valeria, has been excellent. Our initial thoughts on what we wanted in our new home, together with inspiration and suggestions from Miralbo, were drawn up into some fantastic plans, supported by amazing quality 3D renders, which have developed into the exact replica in our beautiful home. Living in the UK, the refinement and the progress was monitored by regular video calls with some visits to site.

When moving into our villa for the first time, our expectations were exceeded. We’re still wowed by it whenever we arrive again.

From the start of the design process to the completion of the house, Miralbo have delivered a very professional and high quality service throughout with excellent communication, design, build and attention to detail is second to none.

We came to Costa Blanca for a holiday in 2018 and we fell in love with this area of Spain.

We have visited many Real Estate Agencies and been exposed to many proposals and solutions. 

Then we met in Javea Monte Olimpo, a project by Miralbo with wonderful modern design villas.

We immediately realized that they were different: possibilities to choose end to end projects (from the choice of the land to the unique and not replicable design of the Villa) still with space for customization.  

They were the partner we were looking for and that we could fully trust for the construction of our Dream House.

Then Covid came and we could only come back to Spain a few times to choose all the materials and plan all the details.  

Nevertheless, it was possible to manage all the decisions smoothly from our Country and get the Villa ready perfectly within the deadline! 

We consider ourselves really blessed to have met the Miralbo Team: not only living in our Villa is the realization of a dream, but the entire process has been a real pleasure!

From the project development, where we really experienced an extraordinary customer care with great openness to understand our needs and flexible attitude along the entire process, to the post sale service, where efficiency and friendliness are really top  (not to mention the reliability of the economics that have been  fully respected as well as all the agreed technical specifications)

We enjoyed so much working with the Miralbo Team that we decided to repeat the experience with another project!

A fantastic villa in 16 months.

In 2021, we were looking for a family home in Spain. After contacting our real estate agent from VossenCasas, in which we discussed our wishes and expectations and also the various possibilities in the region of Javea, we started looking for a property. We started to compare new construction or finished properties. This put us in contact with Miralbo.

Enthusiastic about the possibilities and the impression the Miralbo team made on us, we decided shortly after to buy a property, whose project was already under development and whose construction started in autumn 2021.

The whole process went smoothly: from the discussion of the plans with accompanying drawings and customisation, to the choice of (high quality) materials.
We had a fixed point of contact with whom, thanks to face-to-face or email contact, everything went smoothly.
During the 16 months of construction, we went to the construction site several times to have a look around and make enquiries to get a good feeling again about the progress and coordination. The experience was very pleasant.

Even now, once the house is finished, there is still "after sales". Miralbo has an after sales department, again with a fixed point of contact. After delivery, you get in touch with them to finalise the last details and any additional wishes.
But it is also practical for things like the maintenance of the garden, the pool or the heating system.

We found the whole process very professional and pleasant. Everything went according to plan, both the execution of the project and the financial settlement.

If you deal with Miralbo, you are in good hands, is our experience.

In the year 2021 and 2022 we build a villa in Xabia / Javea Spain. After several visits to existing houses we decided to go for a plot and build our own dream house.

Through friends of us we got in touch with Miralbo. In the first conversations we felt trust and professionality! We visited a few plots and made our decision.

Then we got in touch with the architect from Miralbo. Together we completed the design from the inside and also from the outside. (layout, materials and colors)

A big advantage is that Miralbo designed already a concept house at the plot and arranged the building licence. But don't be afraid you can change many things and make it tailor made.

When the design is ready we get the conversations about the buyer options like bathrooms, kitchen, floors, colors, pool, garden etc etc. This was a great journey.

Also together with the architect we visited showrooms and created a beautiful house completely in our own taste.

During the realisation we visited the construction site several times also always in company with the architect. Then we discussed bottlenecks and made several choices on the spot.

Another advantage is that the house is delivered Turn Key, including a ready garden. Only move you're furniture and you are ready to enjoy.

Suddenly our house was delivered in July 2022 and it's become great. We enjoyed several nice holidays in the house.

In Summary it was a great "customer experience" from the beginning till the end. We worked like a team and Miralbo unburdened us from the beginning till the end.

So we are happy and proud customers

pril 2018 we first visited the location at Monte Olimpo Residential (Javea / Cansalades) and got to know Miralbo. Both the location and the professional approach of Miralbo immediately appealed to us and helped to decide and dare to take the adventure of building a holiday house in Spain, ultimately more than 2,000 km away from our permanent living home .

June 2018 the design of the villa was completed with beautiful 3D drawings and all our wishes were incorporated in the technical drawings.

July / August 2018, building permit has been applied for and all contracts with Miralbo have been signed.

November 2018, the groundwork started on location.

February 2019 the construction of the villa has started.

November 2019 villa Pasithea (Goddess of peace and relaxation) was delivered to us and we could immediately start with the interior decoration of the villa.

From the first introduction to the delivery of the villa in 1.5 years may be called a "Top" performance and to the complete satisfaction of us.

It was a pleasure to work with the team from Miralbo from day one. Their willingness to incorporate our wishes into the design of the house, the good advice for the finishing of the living and sleeping areas, the high quality on construction of both Miralbo employees and the materials used, the layout and construction of the garden with terraces and swimming pool, the final delivery and the aftercare after delivery of the villa we experienced this period very positively and without any worries about the end result.

The end result is above expectations and Miralbo has realized the holiday dream house for us with all comfort, beautiful appearance  and modern architecture where we feel completely at home from the first day.

We cannot thank the Miralbo team enough and wish them many building successes in the future.

The built of Villa Atlas, realized by architecture and construction company Miralbo!

A year and a half ago we started by buying a plot from Miralbo in Villes del Vent, Javea.

We found a highly motivated contractor who was fortunate having very good staff and having a clear mindset of wanting to deliver (and still) a villa of high quality and an incredible design!

He succeeded; our Villa is called Atlas and one of his biggest projects.  Miralbo now has 20 Villas built or still under development.
He also has multilingual staff that speaks all major languages needed, what makes it possible to let him build a villa without having to worry about anything!

Sometimes new owners only come to visit the construction site every two or three months, to see how things are progressing.

He also now has one of the most modern computer programs to control construction time and costs. When we started he didn’t have this at his disposal, which means that we followed everything by e-mail or by phone. But the result is certainly not less good!

During the stage of the foundation and structure a Swiss company has been there every day to take samples of the concrete to check the quality.

It is also very nice to choose together with him details as tiles, marble and other important things. He also disposes of a sample area where you can find a variety of tiles, which saves a lot of time and irritation. Also 3D images are provided which is very useful, because with these images you can already imagine almost completely what your villa will look like.

We are already living in the villa for quite a few months now and every day we say to each other, what a beautiful house do we have, with all comforts and a fantastic appearance.

Everything works perfectly, air conditioning, floor heating, etc. No comments!

Living in my villa for 2 years now, I can look back at a quick and good building process, during which a lot of things were possible. My pool for example, moved during the building process from the side of the villa towards the back, where there was more space. One of the most important things for me was that a lot of details were included in the construction costs, like in my case a spa with interior pool and sauna, LED-lighting, floor heating, air conditioning and the design of the garden.

We started with a smile and received the key of our home with a smile. The whole process of a purchase, build and completion of a house abroad is quite exciting. We experienced this as a very enjoyable period. The collaboration with Miralbo has been pleasant and constructive. The outlines of the project were already set out, but within these outlines there has been enough freedom, from both sides, for the creative process to get to an even better result. This occurred within our financial budget. The final result is worth it! When we go to our house in Javea, we go home!
