Do you offer completed homes or custom projects?
Both. You can choose a ready-to-move-in villa or personalize a project before construction begins.
Can I buy without traveling to Spain?
Yes. It’s possible to sign remotely through a power of attorney and coordinate everything online.
Do I need an NIE to buy property?
Yes, it’s the mandatory tax identification number for foreigners in Spain. The process is simple and can even be done abroad through a Spanish consulate.
What taxes apply to the purchase?
For new builds: VAT (10%) + Stamp Duty (AJD).
For resales: Transfer Tax (ITP) 10–11%.
There are also notary and registry fees.
How long does a new project take?
Typically 12 to 18 months from license approval to delivery.
Can I rent out the villa?
