ARE YOU DREAMING OF A VILLA ON THE SPANISH COAST?

Perfect! You have knocked at the right door

The process of buying a property in Spain usually runs as follow:

  1. Find your dream home or decide to build your fully customized home in your dream location
  2. Meet our architects, visit our properties and talk about your project and wishes.
  3. Elaboration of the plans. Our team listen carefully and incorporate your needs and desires into the project.

You have found your perfect home and want to go farther? AMAZING!

Here is our procedure:

  1. Signature of the Private sell contract and quality description.
  2. Reservation of the property: 10% of the purchase price.
  3. Petition of the building licence
  4. Purchase of the land at the Notary.
  5. Once the license is obtained, the construction begins and our architect will issue a certification of the cost of construction progress each month.
  6. Once your dream home completed, we process to the end of work’s contract at the Notary and you become officially owner of your brand new property by Miralbo.

Our team will accompany and guide you throughout all the procedure. We offer a safe and fast construction system. We execute the projects in full by paying special attention to the details and by offering the “turnkey” concept so our clients can relax and enjoy the process.

Together we create a personalized home, adapted to your lifestyle and needs.

What an exciting adventure!
